Q.	Who can attend the rally?
A.	Current H.O.G. members and associate members only along with one guest per member/associate.
Q.	Does everyone have to register?
A.	Yes, in order to be able to attend all functions/events, all members and guests must pre-register or register on-site in the registration area to receive their wristband. You must have a wristband to enter.
Q.	Do volunteers have to register for the rally?
A.	Yes, in order to be a volunteer you must be registered for the rally. If you would like to volunteer please sign up at a chapter meeting or visit the "Volunteer" tab on this website to sign up.
Q.	Why should I pre-register for the rally?
A.	Pre-registering saves you time. It also is the only way to guarantee that you will receive a rally T-shirt and pin. Largest chapter challenge is awarded from the pre-registration.
Q.	What if I am unable to pre-register?
A.	You can register on-site. You will need to bring your H.O.G. card. The registration fee is the same and H.O.G. members will receive a rally pin while supplies last and can buy a rally t-shirt.
Q.	What do I need to register?
A.	You will need your H.O.G. membership number and /or card.
Q.	What if my H.O.G. membership has expired?
A.	To attend the rally as a H.O.G. member you must have an active H.O.G. membership. Renew your membership before the rally online at www.members.hog.com. You can also renew your membership on-site at the rally.
Q.	What if I am not a H.O.G member?
A.	If you are not a H.O.G. member but would like to join, you can do so at www.hog.com or call 1-800-CLUB-HOG (1-800-258-2464). You can also register on-site at the rally.
Q.	How do I get the special challenge coin?
A.	You will need to participate in any part of the Police Escorted Ride to the Rally on Thursday, July 18, 2013. On that day you will need to sign a ride release form (once) at either Big Moose H-D in Portland, L-A H-D in Lewiston, North Country H-D in Augusta or Central Maine H-D in Hermon. Once you have signed the ride release form a volunteer will put the special ride wristband on your wrist, which proves you were on this ride. You must keep the wristband on your wrist until a rally staff member cuts it off and gives you the challenge coin at either the dinner after the ride at the VFW Hall or at the Volunteer Booth on Friday or Saturday – this offer is not available to those who do not sign up and participate in the Police Escorted Ride to the Rally.
Q.	Is there anything special for H.O.G. Life Members?
A.	Yes, there is! Full life and Associate life members will receive a free breakfast on Saturday morning and will also receive a special commemorative patch - this offer is not available to regular members, associate members or guests.
Q.	What do I need if I travel into Canada?
A.	It is advisable to bring a helmet and a valid passport/passport card. Visit the Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative “Get You Home” website www.getyouhome.gov for information on border crossing document requirements or call Toll-free within the U.S. (877) 227-5511 or Outside the U.S. (703) 526-4200. It is your responsibility to know the applicable laws when crossing between the U.S. and Canada.
Q.	Is the registration fee for all three days?
A.	Yes. Whether you pre-register or register on-site, it covers all activities for all three days.
Q.	Can I get a refund if I register and decide not to attend?
A.	No, rally registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Q.	Do I receive any type of confirmation that I’m registered?
A.	Yes. Approximately 3 weeks before the rally you will receive a confirmation card in the mail. You will need to bring the confirmation card to the rally registration table to claim your rally packet.
Q.	Do I need to bring the confirmation card to the rally?
A.	Please bring your confirmation card. It makes your sign in process so much easier. But, if you forget, we can get you signed in without it but you will be in line much longer. Also, you will need a photo I.D. and your H.O.G. membership card.
