Registration DetailsPRE-REGISTRATION IS OPEN! REGISTER NOW! You must be a current National H.O.G. member to register for the Maine State H.O.G. Rally. The registration fee is $35 for H.O.G. members plus any additional items purchased. Pre-Registration is required to receive full rally benefits! Your registration packet will include a rally pin, the distinctive custom designed T-shirt, welcome booklet, and discount coupon booklet for area services plus admission to all rally activities and events. Pre-Registration deadline is June 3, 2010. You can pre-register online with a credit card or print out the form and mail it with your check or money order (U.S. Funds Only) to Maine State Rally, Attn: Michele Bragg, 285 Main St., Palmyra, ME 04965-4024. Please note that there will be NO refunds of pre-registrations. If you are unable to attend the rally after pre-registering, you may get your rally packet by either sending $7 to cover shipping costs and your confirmation card to the above address OR you may have a friend or family member attending the rally pick up the packet for you. They will need your confirmation card and will be able to pick up your packet after 11 a.m. on Saturday. Confirmation Card A rally confirmation card will be mailed to you about three weeks before the rally. The card must be presented at the time of registration to receive your rally packet. On-Site Registration Pin is included while supplies last. No T-shirt is included, but can be purchased until supplies run out. All other rally activities included. Non H.O.G. Members Guests are welcome when accompanied by a member and only one guest per member. Guest registration fee is $35. Guests do not receive T-shirts or pins and are not eligible for door prizes. Children under 14 are free but will not receive T-shirt or pin. Additional Rally T-Shirts HOG members at the time of pre-registration can purchase additional rally T-shirts at a cost of $15 per shirt. Be sure to mark the quantity, styles and size(s) on the pre-registration form. Release Forms All Rally attendees must sign a Rally Release Form. Minor's Release Form must be signed by parent or guardian. |
